year-on-year sales growth, and has grown into one of the key manufacturers of laptop
battery and adapter in China.
Asia Inernational's factory is in Bao'an District in Shenzhen. In its three-floor
5,000sqm factory, the co***ny conducts all manufacturing processes in house, including
plastic injection, mold making, PCB assembly and software design. For laptop batteries,
it sources Grade A cells from the leading suppliers including BAK, Lishen, ATL,
Samsung, Sanyo and Panasonic.
The co***ny has its mold-making workshop which is equipped with two grinding machines,
two drill machines and a CNC machine. Asia International also has its own SMT workshop,
which is equipped with two SMT machines and one reflow soldering machine. The co***ny
has remedy soldering lines, and eight assembly lines staffed with forty inspectors
assigned to implement QC and QA processes. The co***ny¡¯s average monthly output
capacity of laptop batteries is 20,000 pieces, which assures the customers¡¯ volume
quantity demand.
The co***ny has an R & D term of 15 engineers who focus on the enhancement of products
safety, reliability, stability and co***tibility features. They also can develop the
new models for OEM/ODM customers.
In the past years, we exported our batteries and adapters to the US, Canada, Mexico,
Argentina, Peru, United Kingdom, ***in, Germany, France, Poland, Netherlands, Hungary,
Romania, Czech, Russia, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, Lebanon, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, S.
Korea, Japan and Taiwan. To attract more overseas customers, the co***ny plans to
release new models to support the latest brands of laptop computers every year.
